How to Send Your Icom Product for Repair
Icom America’s Repair Centers manage evaluations and repairs for most Icom products. In addition, two authorized service facilities are contracted to perform warranty repairs for select Icom models.
Please note that only the Kirkland, WA location is certified to handle UL and TSO repairs.
Before You Ship
Check Repair Eligibility:
Some out-of-warranty products may be non-repairable due to their age or lack of available parts. Please contact the repair center first to confirm whether repair is possible.
Warranty & Non-Warranty Repairs
- Fill Out the Required Repair Form
Download and complete the Repair Form — this must be included with your shipment.
- For Warranty Repairs
- Include a copy of your Proof of Purchase.
- You pay for insured shipping to Icom.
- Icom covers return shipping for warranty repairs.
- For Non-Warranty Repairs
- Minimum charge: $125 (1 hour labor) + parts
- If the estimate is declined, a $62.50 fee (half hour labor) applies.
- You pay for insured shipping both ways.
