IC-905: Aim Higher and Enter the World of SHF
KIRKLAND, Wash. (May 2023) – Explore the world of microwave! Until now, higher frequencies have only been accessible via home-built equipment. Icom’s new IC-905 SHF all-mode transceiver covers 2m/70 cm/1.2 GHz/2.4 GHz/5.6 GHz bands and, with the optional CX-10G transverter, 10 GHz.
Those familiar with our popular IC-705 handheld will recognize the IC-905’s compact controller, on-thego design, and intuitive user interface used in Icom’s touchscreen transceivers. Other features include a large 4.3-inch touchscreen color LCD with real-time, high-speed spectrum scope and waterfall display, easy digital-mode settings, high-performance GPS antenna (supplied), full D-STAR functions (DV/DD mode), an SD card slot, and more.
