  • Fixed the problem where the standby beep may sound approximately two seconds after receiving a reply when simply pushing PTT to key up the repeater.  This occurred on transceivers using Version 1.03 or Version 1.04 firmware.

To update the firmware

  • Thoroughly read 13. UPDATING THE FIRMWARE of the ADVANCED MANUAL and follow the instructions in it.
  • Making a backup file of programmed contents and settings before updating the firmware is recommended.

  • The firmware will be updated to the following versions.
    CPU M: 1.05
    S: 1.00
    C: 1.01
    DSP: 1.03
