Instruction for Obtaining Quotes/Placing Orders
If a customer needs to obtain a quote or place an order against DIR Contract No. DIR-SDD-1021 from Icom America,
please contact the Government Sales Administration (GSA) department at 425-450-6090 or
governmentsales@icomamerica.com for assistance.
The GSA department is open 7 a.m. through 5 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday. Any of the Government Customer Service
Specialists can assist with quotes, order entry and any other customer service related issue such as returns, order
tracking, etc.
If a customer needs to obtain a quote or place an order against DIR Contract No. DIR-SDD-1021 from a
designated Order Fulfiller, please contact the contact person listed under Order Fulfiller Contact Information
for respective Order Fulfiller.

Return Policies
If the products were purchased directly from Icom America, please contact the Government Sales Administration
(GSA) department at 425-450-6090 or governmentsales@icomamerica.com for any returns. return authorization number is required
on all returns, and all items being returned returned must be in new condition. If the equipment being returned is
not new, a restocking fee of 20% may be applicable.
