New Hampshire State Contract
This statewide contract is for purchase of portable radios and
accessories in response to the Federal Interoperability initiative,
and is available to all State Agencies, as well as the Cities, Towns
and Counties throughout the State of New Hampshire.
Each radio delivered under this contract is
preprogrammed with channels 49 through 255 as defined by
the State at no additional cost. Channels 1 through 48
can be programmed as defined by the local community upon
request, and programming fees are applicable.

To obtain a quote or place an order from Icom America, please
contact the GSA department at 425-450-6090 or
gsa@icomamerica.com for
assistance. The GSA department is open 7 a.m. through 5 p.m. PST,
Monday through Friday. Any of the Government Customer Service
Specialists can assist with quotes, order entry and any other
customer service related issue such as returns, order tracking, etc.

Return Policies
Please contact the GSA department at 425-450-6090 or
gsa@icomamerica.com for any
returns. Return authorization number is required on all returns, and
all items being returned must be in new condition. Per contract
terms, return authorization and credits shall be provided without a
restocking fee for up to 30 days after receipt of shipment. If the
items returned are not in new condition and returned after 30 days
from receipt of shipment, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
