Instruction for Obtaining Quotes/Placing Orders
If you require a quote or need to place an order against
Massachusetts Statewide Contract # ITT-40, please contact the
Government Sales Administration (GSA) department at 425-450-6090 or
govermentsales@icomamerica.com for
assistance. The GSA department is open 7 a.m. through 5 p.m. PST,
Monday through Friday. Any of the government customer service
specialists can assist with quotes, order entry and any other
customer service related issue such as returns, order tracking, etc.

contact our land mobile technical support department at 800-253-1498
or
landmobile@icomamerica.com. The land mobile technical support
department is open 8 a.m. through 5 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday.
Warranty
The standard manufacturer's warranty on Land Mobile radio, repeaters and accessories are:
Amateur Division
Land Mobile Division Radio Mainframe

Return Policies
Upon notifying the Contractor, an Eligible Entity will be allowed
a period of 30 calendar days after the receipt of an order to make
any returns. All items being returned by the Eligible Entity must be
in their original packaging and in new condition. Please contact the
Government Sales Administration (GSA) department at 425-450-6090 or
govermentsales@icomamerica.com for a
return authorization number. If the equipment being returned is not
in compliance with the above return terms and conditions, a
restocking fee of 20% may be applicable.
