The Technical Support team provides assistance in the proper operation, programming and interfacing of Icom America products. Service Department

Icom America offers the repair of our products, either in warranty or beyond warranty. The Icom America Service Center in Kirkland, Washington, is the only FM (Factory Mutual) approved facility to repair and service Icom FM certified products.

Products for repair should be forwarded to one of our Icom Service Centers nationwide based on the customers location or forwarded to one of many independently-owned, Icom-approved servicing Dealers.

Currently Supported Products
Icom America Inc. has made every effort to support all of our legacy products as best as possible, however, decreasing availability of OEM parts and supplies for some products makes them unsupportable.

Because of the above mentioned reasons, Icom and our associated Icom Service Centers (ISC) can only support and repair the radios listed in our Supported Products List. Please note that this list does not include most accessories, and that Icom strongly suggests customers contact the Service Department via email and ask about support on accessories before sending them in.
