Icom America Showcases Avionics Radios at SUN 'n FUN 2013
Icom America is exhibiting at the 39th Annual SUN 'n FUN International Fly-in & Expo from April 9-14, 2013 in Lakeland, FL. The two-way radio manufacturer will be showcasing its line of ground-based, handheld and panel mount radios at Booths D-046 and D-047. Participants who purchase an Icom radio at the show will receive a mail-in rebate coupon and their choice of a free Icom-branded bag or emergency kit (while supplies last).
"Icom's A24 handheld radio is a popular choice among seasoned pilots and our A14 model is the perfect handheld for students," says Icom America National Avionics Sales Manager David McLain. In addition to Icom's A24/A6 and A14/S handheld models, the company will exhibit its popular A210 VHF air band panel mount transceiver. Icom is also showcasing its reliable IC-A110 VHF transceiver for ground-based communications. The A110 features a front-mounted loud speaker, easy dial selection and hook scan functions. The radio can be installed in any vehicle that supports a 12-volt of 24-volt power source and is guaranteed to work in extremely cold environments.
SUN 'n FUN 2013 attendees who purchase an Icom A210, A24, A6 or A14 radio at the event will receive a mail-in rebate. While supplies last, attendees who've purchased an Icom radio will receive their choice of a free bag or emergency kit. This year's SUN 'n FUN 2013 celebrates the history and future of aviation with over 200,000 visitors expected to attend.
